Technology & Recovery Tools
Tools Selected for the Person
ReFramed combines manual therapy, movement, and selected recovery technologies. No modality is used in every session. The choice depends on your goals, history, current presentation, comfort, safety, and response.

Human TECAR
Human TECAR uses radiofrequency-based energy transfer through specialized applicators and interfaces. Depending on the application, clients may notice warmth or other tissue sensations. ReFramed may integrate it with hands-on work, stretching, movement, or reassessment when appropriate.
Electrons+ and PEMF
Electrons+ and pulsed electromagnetic field applications may be used as adjunctive recovery tools before, during, or after hands-on work. The setup, intensity, placement, and decision to use them depend on screening, comfort, goals, and response.
Rapid Release
Rapid Release provides localized device-assisted vibration. It may be used selectively alongside manual therapy or movement to prepare an area, support comfort, or help compare a before-and-after response.
Hands-On Therapy and Movement
Technology does not replace skilled hands-on work or active participation. Sessions may also include manual therapy, massage/bodywork, deep-tissue or lymphatic-focused work, myofascial and soft-tissue techniques, Fascial Stretch Therapy, assisted stretching, mobility, corrective movement education, cupping, scraping, or IASTM.
Additional Recovery Options
Depending on the session and location, selected tools may also include compression, heat, cold, or other appropriate recovery methods. Not every tool travels to every location.
Safety and Choice
You may pause, decline, or modify any technique at any time. ReFramed may also avoid or stop a modality based on screening, device guidance, scope, response, or safety considerations.
