How ReFramed Works
Individualized recovery begins by understanding the person, establishing what matters today, and choosing the smallest useful intervention that can be reassessed.
1. Start With Context
We begin with your history, goals, current demands, symptoms, comfort, health considerations, and any reasons a service should be modified, delayed, or referred elsewhere.
2. Establish a Meaningful Baseline
When appropriate, we identify a movement, position, task, range, or symptom that can be checked before and after the session. The baseline should relate to what you actually want to improve.
3. Apply the Smallest Useful Intervention
A session may use hands-on bodywork, soft-tissue techniques, assisted stretching, movement, cupping, IASTM, Human TECAR, Electrons+, PEMF, Rapid Release, compression, heat, or cold. Tools are selected for the person and the goal—not used simply because they are available.
4. Reassess What Matters
We compare the same meaningful task when possible and separate what changed from why we think it changed. An immediate response is useful information, but it is not automatically proof of healing, readiness, or cause.
5. Monitor and Progress
The response over the following 24 to 72 hours may help determine whether to progress, maintain, modify, reassess, or refer. The goal is a useful process, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
6. Build Ownership
Recovery support should help you better understand your body, make informed decisions, and gradually build the movement, recovery, and performance practices you can use outside the session.
Scope of Services
ReFramed supports recovery, movement, and performance. Services do not diagnose medical conditions, replace licensed medical care, provide emergency care, or guarantee medical or performance outcomes.
