Ways to Begin

There is more than one way to begin meaningful work with ReFramed. Choose a focused session package, ask about a birthday-month or first-visit opening, or request Community Care access. Each option is designed to make a high-quality, personalized session more reachable while protecting the time and attention the work requires.

Availability varies by location and schedule. Special access options are limited, reviewed individually, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Signature Recovery Packages

Build continuity with a three- or six-session path. Each package includes 90-minute sessions so there is room to assess, work, reassess, and build on the response from one visit to the next. Choose Scottsdale at FIX or Payson when you purchase.

Birthday Month Access

During your birthday month, you may request one private 60-minute ReFramed session at a special access rate. A limited number of birthday openings are reserved in Scottsdale and Payson each month.

First-Visit Openings

New to ReFramed? When selected appointment space remains open, a first-time client may be invited to begin with one 60-minute session at the current special-access rate. These openings are released selectively and are not always available.

Community Care Access

Community Contribution Path

Some people have more time than money. Others are carrying work, caregiving, or family demands and have neither time nor room in the budget. Community Care is a limited-access pathway designed for both realities.

Needs-Based Grant Path

Give verified time in service to another person, neighborhood, or approved community organization. That contribution can help you qualify for a reduced ReFramed session rate.

If work, parenting, caregiving, disability, or another genuine constraint makes community service unrealistic, you may request consideration from the limited Community Care grant pool.

You do not need to share medical records, bank statements, or a detailed hardship story. We ask only for the information needed to understand the request, protect the program, and respond with dignity.

Not sure which way to begin?

Tell us your preferred location and the access path you are considering. We will review current openings and reply with the clearest next step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

ReFramed serves clients in Payson and Scottsdale, with select mobile and team support available by request. Specific directions are provided after booking.

What should I wear to my first session?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Shorts and a tank top or loose t-shirt are ideal for movement assessment and treatment.

Do you take insurance?

ReFramed is a performance-centered service and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to prioritize your goals and response rather than diagnostic codes. We can provide documentation for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement requests.
