Service Description
Focused 30-minute manual therapy and massage therapy/bodywork session in Scottsdale, AZ for one primary area or recovery goal. Each session is customized and may include deep-tissue massage, sports massage, soft-tissue and myofascial work, trigger-point techniques, lymphatic-focused massage/bodywork, assisted stretching, mobility work, cupping, scraping/IASTM, or selected recovery technology such as Human TECAR, Electrons+, PEMF, or Rapid Release when appropriate. Pressure and techniques are adapted to your goals, comfort, health history, and response. Modalities are selected for fit and safety and are not guaranteed in every session. Regular online booking hours: Tuesdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Wednesdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Appointments outside these regular hours may be available by request.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to cancel before your scheduled appointment, are subject to payment in full for the missed session. Please arrive on time or early if you need to use the restroom. If you arrive late, you are still responsible for payment for the full session. Please do not come in sick. If you arrive sick, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be responsible for payment for the full session. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
