Service Description
Our most commonly booked session. This comprehensive clinical bodywork treatment is designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore healthy movement patterns. Sessions integrate multiple therapeutic approaches based on your needs, which may include deep tissue therapy, trigger point work, cupping, fascial scraping, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to improve flexibility and joint mobility. Advanced recovery technologies such as TECAR radiofrequency therapy and PEMF stimulation may also be incorporated when beneficial to support circulation and tissue recovery. At the Scottsdale location, sessions may additionally include spinal decompression therapy to reduce pressure through the spine and support improved structural alignment. Recommended for both new and returning clients seeking meaningful relief and improved movement. Regular online booking hours: Tuesdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Wednesdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Appointments outside these regular hours may be available by request.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to cancel before your scheduled appointment, are subject to payment in full for the missed session. Please arrive on time or early if you need to use the restroom. If you arrive late, you are still responsible for payment for the full session. Please do not come in sick. If you arrive sick, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be responsible for payment for the full session. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
